At Zabelly, your experience is important to us. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase of our wellness and beauty products.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, except in cases where the item was delivered damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing the situation, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
